I have been thinking a lot recently, good and bad.

Today I took bus 518 to school and saw this super familiar bus captain
I remembered him bcos of his friendliness and the smile he always show when the commuters are boarding and alighting the bus.
not forgetting the bling bling badges on his collar. he had a few.
Last time he was driving bus 17. I've seen him many times during my sec school days and I saw him again today.
Do you know how great it feels when someone smiled at you sincerely and warmly?
Esp when you are tired of going school, having Monday blues or whatever, the smile he gave really brighten up the day.
it was nice seeing the commuters boarding the bus with a smile, most of them.

After alighting, I can't help but to think of the HR proj we are currently doing.
it was also related to bus captains and services.
true enough, how many bus captains provide the same service as the one I've met today?
and its not only today that he is providing such a service, it was years
so far, I have met maybe another one or two only.

it was clearly how different he was
from his neat looks, warm smile and the badges he received

how i wish other bus captains can be like him cos this somehow gives me a motivation to go school everyday!
